Anderson Circle, Harrodsburg

Tour participants gather in the lobby of the Anderson Circle sale barn. They hold three sales each year – two bull sales, and a production sale.

Chuck Brost, general manager of Anderson Circle, said they sell most of their seedstock bulls to producers in Kentucky.

There are 300 registered Angus females and 800 commercial cows at Anderson Circle. The cows run on 5,000 acres of tall fescue, and clover pastures.

Anderson Circle uses 150 recipient cows to maximize genetics from their top registered females.
