Trans Ova Genetics

Trans Ova Genetics, Sioux Center, IA, houses 200 donor females, and are all client owned. The recipient herd is majority Angus-based females out of the Montana and Wyoming area. These females are available to sell after 60 days of pregnancy.

Tour participants will tour the Trans Ova facilities, including a flushing demonstration, along with a discussion about the process that begins when a female comes into heat. Lastly, the group will be able to tour the labs where technicians evaluate and freeze embryos.
