Pre-registration due by May 1.

Complete Registration ($95 or $120 late/on-site):
Includes admission to all sessions, Wednesday evening welcome reception, Thursday lunch, Friday awards luncheon and one copy of proceedings. Tour is optional and not included in this fee.

Spouse Registration ($80 or $110 late/on-site):
Includes same as complete registration with no proceedings.

Daily Registration ($50 or $70 late/on-site):
Thursday:
Includes lunch but no proceedings.

Friday:
Includes awards luncheon, but no proceedings.

Tour Registration ($50)
Includes transportation from Lexington plus lunch.
